AI Usage Dashboard

A unified view of government AI spending across cloud, licences, and contracts.

The AI Usage Dashboard aggregates AI spending data from three sources — AWS cloud costs, licence usage, and Find a Tender contracts — into a single per-department view.

Data sources

• Cloud spending — AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, and other cloud AI services via CCD FinOps Athena
• Licences — Claude API usage and token counts from PowerBI exports
• Contracts — Commercial AI contracts (Copilot etc.) from Find a Tender

Access

Access is restricted to civil servants via the Internal Access SSO. Contact OCTO if you need access.
